Side by Side
Group therapy works by breaking the isolation that often comes with mental health challenges. It provides a unique "social mirror," allowing you to see yourself through the eyes of peers and realize your struggles are shared. This environment fosters a sense of belonging that individual therapy can’t replicate, helping you practice social skills and emotional regulation in real-time.
This group is lead by Katelyn (Katie) Schuster for young women ages 16–19, this group takes that foundation and makes it approachable. By combining laughter with deep conversation, we move past clinical labels to focus on authentic trust. Here, you’ll master communication skills and build a support network that empowers you to navigate adulthood with confidence and a clear voice.
