I am glad you are here.

Hi, I’m Katelyn (Katie) Schuster, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I received my Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle, where I developed a deep appreciation for systemic and relational work.

As a therapist, I believe healing happens in connection. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their stories, values, and strengths. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make sense of your experiences in new ways.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development. I especially love working with teens and young adults, helping them find their voice and strengthen their sense of self.

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me spending time with my loved ones, my dogs (Boogie and Billie), going to the beach, cheering on the Mariners, or at a concert.
