Individual Therapy for clients 10 yrs and older is $140 per session

Couples or Family Therapy is $150 per session

Sliding Scale

A sliding scale is a flexible fee system where the cost of mental health sessions is reduced for clients based on their income, family size, and financial need, making care accessible to those who can't afford standard rates.

We have limited spots available for sliding scale clients.

Isabelle Gahard is in network with Premera, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield (Premera), and Lifewise

Katie is an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement
