Your first session is really about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and answer any questions you have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Most sessions are 45-50 minutes, we usually meet weekly so we can build momentum. As therapy progresses, we may move to every other week or whatever fits best for your life.

As of now, we’re an out-of-network provider, which means clients pay directly at the time of the session and can request a superbill to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
We are actively in the process of getting approved to take insurance starting in February 2026.
We know the insurance world can be confusing and we’re happy to help you navigate that process.

It is a detailed, itemized receipt from a mental health provider that you submit to your health insurance company for potential reimbursement for out-of-network therapists.

That’s completely normal. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but our goal is to make it feel safe, supportive, and human. We’ll take time to get to know you, explain how therapy works, and go at your pace. You don’t have to have the “right words” just showing up is enough.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or just want things to feel better, that’s a great place to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. We’ll explore what’s going on together and help you find clarity, tools, and hope along the way.

We are open Monday - Thursday from 10 am - 7 pm and Sundays from 11 am - 4 pm
